North Oakland Dems: Meeting and Action Opportunitities

Dear North Oakland Dems:

*Our monthly meeting will take place this Wednesday, 8/23/06, 7pm at the Brandon Township Library (304 South Street, Ortonville, Michigan). Agenda items will include candidate presentations and sign-up for specific volunteer opportunities in the next month.

*The Marcinkowski campaign has rolled out a new phone banking system that will allow you to make automated voter outreach calls from your own home, for free, using a broadband connection. This system will allow you to help the campaign from the comfort of your own home. Bruce Fealk, the campaign's Oakland Field Director, will have a brief presentation and training sign-up dates available at our meeting. Bruce will also discuss the Marcinkowski campaign's soon-to-be-open Clarkston field office.

Saturday, 9/9/06, Morning -- Walk with the North Oakland Dems and Dem Candidates in Holly's Carry Nation Parade.

Wednesday, 9/20/06, 7pm -- Next NODC Meeting at the Brandon Township Library.
